Javier takes great care of this air bnb. It was all so clean and well kept. It was in a great location with easy beach access and restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt so at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The grounds were gorgeous and it was an easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and toys were included which was very much appreciated. Beds were comfortable and we were happy with the location.

Beautiful! From the decorations, design and amenities this place exceeded my expectations. Anything and everything you could think of was available. I’m a light sleeper and thought I’d hear hallway noise but I didn’t and the bed was so comfortable. The building isn’t beautiful but this apartment surely lives up to ‘what’s in the inside is what matters’ saying.
Beach access and near lots of restaurants. I was in town for work and would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was outstanding! The unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Our family enjoyed a lovely Christmas holiday at Javier’s villa. What made it so special was the decorated Christmas tree and tasteful holiday decorations. We felt very much at home and enjoyed all the amenities in the complex, especially the most beautiful beach. Javier provided some excellent ideas for us to fully engage in and appreciate the local culture. We highly recommend a stay at his beautiful Spanish villa.

We had a wonderful time. Javier was responsive to our questions. The golf cart was broken upon arrival and he had a technician come out to fix it. The villa was just as described with plenty of room for our family. The grounds and beach were beautiful!

all I can say is this home was perfect. The description and the location could not have been any better. My wife and I really enjoyed this place. It was very clean very spacious. we checked out a few of the area attractions we traveled one hour to the rainforest, which was spectacular with beautiful sites. On our way there the surrounding beaches were amazing. We travel to at least three or four different ones just to check things out. The culture in the food was amazing and last but not least. Javier could not have been a better host. He was amazing whenever we had any questions or concerns. He will respond back in minutes. Thank you for opening your home to us. We really enjoyed it. Thank you.

Absolutely great place that was exactly what we were expecting and hoping it to be. Well stocked for a family visiting the beach and big enough for everyone in the family to find a place to retreat to for a little while. Javier was very responsive and a great host. Great rental experience
